jsonrpsee tower service

This will enable both http_middleware and rpc_middleware that may be enabled by Builder or TowerServiceBuilder.

pub fn on_session_closed(&mut self) -> SessionClosedFuture

A future that returns when the connection has been closed.

This method must be called before every TowerService::call because the SessionClosedFuture may already been consumed or not used.
